Chatty is a 1 year, 11 month old neutered male Shar Pei/Pitbull mix weighing 28.2 lbs. Don’t let his name fool you — this handsome boy is more about soaking up attention and being close to his people than causing any trouble. He is very friendly with humans and loves getting love and attention from the people he trusts.
Chatty is looking for a home where he can be the only pet. He would do best in a home with no dogs or cats so he can have all the attention to himself and feel comfortable in his environment. We are unsure how he does with children, so any meet-and-greets with children in the home will need to be done carefully and thoughtfully.
Because of his breed mix, Chatty would thrive in a home that understands the importance of structure, routine, and continued positive guidance. He would do best with an adopter who is willing to give him time to settle in, provide daily exercise, and make him part of the family. A calmer home with adults or older respectful children may be the best fit for him.
