Male Dog aged Young Adult.
Meet Casey, This sweet and kind mixed breed is here to steal your heart. Casey has been in the shelter for quite some time, he was hit by a car and has been recovering. Even through the pain he still wanted all of the attention and never turned away a treat or pet from any of the staff. He loves other dogs and cats and would be very adaptable for children. Casey is such a sweet boy deserving of a lovely home. Following are his medical updates.
As Casey continues to adjust to his new normal, his left hind limb will become stronger and he will use it more and more. It is unknown at this time if he will always limp some or if months down the road he will walk as if nothing happened. Making sure he remains a thin dog is essential for his recovery due to his hind legs needing to adjust and not be injured from extra weight. Come see this sweet boy today.
